From the Kessock Bridge roundabout: [top]

  • Down A9 to Aviemore / Perth
  • Take third turn off just after the sign for Milton of Leys.

(first turn off out to A96, second upto Hilton, Milton etc)

Thereafter follows a series of 5 roundabouts:

  • Roundabout One:   first junction on the left.    You will find yourself going through an underpass welcoming you to Milton of Leys.
  • Roundabout Two: Turning right, take the second opening on the roundabout (the left turn takes you back down the A9 to Inverness).
  • Roundabout Three:  Turning right, take the second opening on the roundabout (Only option available)

You can now see the view over Inverness and the Black  Isle to your right

  • Roundabout Four:  Straight through this roundabout, second opening on roundabout.
  • Roundabout Five:   Again, straight through the roundabout., second opening on the roundabout.

Once off the roundabout there are Scotia homes on your first left hand side turning. Drive past this road (Sandalwood) and continue straight on taking the next turning on the left (Elmwood Avenue). 

Take the road down to the left and  we are the second bungalow on the right hand side of the road.    No 10.

How to get to here via Drumossie Brae: [top]

Up the Brae past the Drummossie Hotel on the right hand side, you will come to a roundabout.  Follow signs for Milton of Leys. 

  • Roundabout One:   second exit on roundabout (left turn will take you onto A9 to Perth).    You will find yourself going through an underpass welcoming you to Milton of Leys.
  • Roundabout Two: Turning right, take the second opening on the roundabout (the left turn takes you back down the A9 to Inverness).
  • Roundabout Three:  Turning right, take the second opening on the roundabout (Only option available)
